Giving Birth

I am preparing for the Study Abroad trip to Argentina and it does feel like preparing for birth.  I am stretching, separating, solo-ing yet very aware of my community of friends and family, and looking forward to the adventure and joy of it all - and still a little anxious and sad.  Crazy!  

Mostly, I am thinking about Brady and what this separation will be like for him.  My guess is he'll be fine, and have a good time, but he may also have periods of weariness or sadness when he just misses his mama.  So, I hope he finds some gentle and loving arms when he does feel that way.

Spending an evening at Ladew, for a Father's Day concert, with family and friends, watching Brady and my nephews and little friends run around together - amid such beautiful surroundings - pure bliss!
